Hello Region Ten,
We are getting closer to our AQHA Convention in Las Vegas and hoping that you are planning to attend.  I want to personally invite you to join our Affiliates in Motion Rally(AIM) on Friday March 15th from 1:00 to 5:00.  We have an event planned including speakers that will share great information.  The main focus of the afternoon will be our roundtable discussions where you will brainstorm among your group and present your ideas and pearls of wisdom to the entire group.  We do have one Big Surprise that will benefit all affiliates. You will not want to miss this announcement. We will end the afternoon with cocktails and social time.  
 
Here is the list of the topics for the round table sessions:  
 

1. How can AQHA help your affiliate, how can the affiliate help AQHA?
2. Training & obtaining volunteers
3. Using your directors as leaders
4. Marketing your affiliate and using social media
5. Strategic Planning
6. Pick your own topic.
